    It's by absorbing, I think 50000 Bullets with a Riot Shield.
    Soap's Emblem is 50K Damage, not bullets. I accidentally discovered that using the shield to block Attack Helo and AH-6 fire really racks up the amount of Damage absorbed.
    This is the AK-47 Assault Rifle, the preferred weapon of the enemy and it makes a distinctive sound when fired at you, so remember it!

    i have a riot shield great for watching ur back quite a few times i have been shot in the back then turn around and the shoot them when they have to reload
